TreeYoga offers a variety of different ways to learn to practice safely and effectively with your TreeYoga Multi-Slings:

  1. 1.Browse through our websites. The family of sites offers safety tips, picking a good tree, top 10 benefits of TreeYoga, and instructions for Terra Firma (ground based) postures, Trunk postures, and Inversions. Look for inspiration in photo albums of poses, and meet the creators of the TreeYoga poses.

  2. 2.Go to Utube and search for Tree Yoga - you’ll find over a dozen short videos showing various techniques.

  3. 3.Order a TreeYoga Multi-Sling kit and get a DVD filled with short clips and instructions.

  4. 4.Host a TreeYoga workshop for your studio or event. We can create workshops for pleasure, fund raising, studio openings or events, teacher training, corporate retreats, team parties, or private lessons, for up to 40 participants.

Your hosted event will be led by TreeYoga creators Hal Pruessner and/or Helen Stutchbury. In 2 - 3 hours, your participants will get to play outside in the trees, get a great workout, relieve stress, bond, learn some amazing new techniques, and find strength and flexibility they didn’t know they had. With hands on assistance and strong, clear, easy to understand verbal instructions, everyone from beginners to experts will have a great time at your TreeYoga event. Contact us by email to set up your TreeYoga workshop today.
